Production Process Introduction:
1) Semi-finished products part: Through punching and bending machines, Cold rolled steel materials are changed to columns pipes Semi-finished products; steel sheets board will be make to steel layer, brackets, back panel etc.
2) Cleaning part: We have 10 cleaning pools. Cleaning Oil pool - Water pool - Pickling pool - Water pool - Alkali washing pool - Water pool - Acid-base neutralization pool - Water pool - Phosphating pool - Water Pool
3) After cleaning process, semi-finished products will be hanging on the spraying lines to powder coated.
4) Package.
